Sendra size guide: how to choose your correct size

Guía de tallas Sendra: cómo elegir tu talla correcta

Choosing the correct size when buying Sendra boots online is the most common question from our customers, and for good reason: Sendra's European sizing system may differ slightly from other footwear brands. This guide will help you get it right the first time.

The last matters as much as the size

Sendra manufactures its boots on different lasts (Carol, Wolker, Sara, among others), and each has a slightly different fit in the instep and heel. If you already have a pair of Sendras in another last, don't assume your size will be exactly the same in a new model.

How to measure your foot at home

Place your foot on a sheet of paper, mark the longest point of your heel and your longest toe, and measure the distance in centimeters. Compare that measurement with the Sendra size chart (available on each product page) instead of just relying on your usual size.

Leather boots: keep in mind that they stretch

Natural leather, like the kind Sendra uses in all its models, adapts to the foot with use. If you are between sizes, in most cases we recommend choosing the tighter one: the leather will stretch in the first few days of use, whereas a boot that is too loose will never fully fit.
